PREMIER-SD

The PREMIER-SD enhances the performance of the already successful PREMIER product line through the incorporation of a multi-motor Servo Drive web transport system. Available in a variety of configurations, the PREMIER-SD can be configured to suit the needs of converters with high performance requirements on a wide range of materials.

In addition to many of the standard features incorporated into the Tracker and Premier products, each PREMIER-SD includes the following:

Multi-motor Servo Drive web transport system
Automatic open-loop unwind and rewind tension compensation
Web Advance Unit with pivot retraction for full rewind diameter capability
Label, Length and Buttcut/Repeat counting with strobe trigger
Nip roll slip detection
Rewind web loop takeup
