ARPECO^® TO EXHIBIT AT LABELEXPO AMERICAS 2006 BOOTH 5821

Arpeco^® will exhibit several machines from its Tracker^® and Premier lines of finishing and converting equipment – all with new look stainless steel tables and silver control panels. Among the many machines on display will be two models from the industry standard Arpeco Tracker^® – one in a simple configuration for basic label finishing and the other with electronic detection systems for higher quality products. The more sophisticated Premier models will highlight various tension control and inspection capabilities with AVT Helios 100% Vision Inspection Systems installed both in-line with the rewinder and in an electronic workflow link to a Gallus press. Motor drive technology, converting capabilities including the patented Quickload die station and a new Color Touchscreen Operator Interface for the Dynatrak™ count and control system will also be featured. Personnel will be available to discuss the conveting of digitally printed products and other applications – visit them in booth 5821.

Arpeco^® Exhibits at Labelexpo Americas 2006

Debuting at Labelexpo 2006 were Arpeco’s Premier TRP9 and TRP7 models with AVT Vision Inspection Systems for high-end label finishers. These sophisticated Inspection, Slitting and Rewinding machines highlighted various tension control and inspection capabilities with AVT Helios 100% Vision Inspection Systems installed both in-line with the rewinder and in an electronic workflow link to a Gallus press. “There was an abundance of interest in both machines. We’re finding that more companies have a need to complete jobs at a much quicker rate because of the demands placed on them by their customers. These machines allow them to process more material and ensure the highest product quality,” stated Brian Ivens, Arpeco’s Sales and Marketing Manager. In addition, the TRP9 machine featured a new 3 motor Servo Drive System and a large 12” color Touch Screen Operator Interface.

Other equipment on display at Arpeco’s booth included the Premier TRP5 with Quickload Die Station and Hydraulic Lift as well as, the Tracker® NT2 with Dynatrak® Counting and Control, Missing Label Detection and Flag/Splice Detection. Many of our distributors were on-hand to discuss the benefits of purchasing Arpeco equipment. Quality Discount Press, an Arpeco distributor based in Egg Harbor Township, NJ also received a fair amount of interest with our basic Tracker® NT1 in their booth.
